Il s'agit d'un poste multifonctionnel dans un centre d'affaires. Sous la responsabilité du directeur de centre d'affaires, la personne au support aux ventes doit être dynamique et motivée, prête à travailler dans un environnement d'équipe au rythme rapide et capable de fournir un service client de qualité supérieure à nos précieux clients.



PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS:

- Fournir un service à la clientèle de qualité supérieure par téléphone, par courriel et/ou par d'autres moyens de communication en répondant rapidement et de façon professionnelle aux besoins des clients ;
- Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients en temps opportun, avec l'aide d'autres membres de l'équipe au besoin ;
- Établir une relation professionnelle avec les clients et/ou les vendeurs selon les critères établis par le gestionnaire ;
- Prendre les mesures nécessaires pour résoudre les problèmes de service à la clientèle en temps opportun ; assurer le suivi et vérifier que les engagements sont respectés par la suite ;
- Suggérer de manière proactive des produits associés et/ou alternatifs, selon les besoins ;
- Promouvoir les produits phares ;
- Informer rapidement la personne appropriée (directeur du centre d'affaires, représentants des ventes externes) des commentaires des clients concernant le prix, les produits, les services, etc.
- Aider à effectuer d'autres tâches administratives nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du centre d'affaires, selon les besoins (p. ex. recevoir et trier le courrier, préparer les dépôts, les comptes créditeurs, les réclamations de fret, le traitement des documents pour la facturation, le rapprochement de la trésorerie et d'autres tâches assignées) ;
- Adopter une approche proactive pour améliorer ses connaissances techniques grâce à la formation disponible sur les diverses gammes de produits et aux possibilités d'apprentissage ;
- Aider à effectuer d'autres tâches selon les besoins (achats/gestion des stocks).

EXIGENCES:

- Avoir terminé la 12e année au minimum ;
- Idéalement, avoir 1 à 2 ans d'expérience connexe ;
- Posséder de solides compétences en communication et en relations humaines, faire preuve d'initiative ;
- Avoir une bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, OUTLOOK) ;
- Avoir l'intérêt et la capacité d'effectuer des tâches de vente et des fonctions d'achat et de gestion des stocks, selon les besoins ;
- Avoir la capacité et le désir de développer et d'accroître ses compétences.
