Regional Sales Support Manager

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Support Manager to lead our Saskatchewan & Manitoba region. As a key player in the growth and development of our product support program, you will collaborate with Sales, Parts, Service, and Branch managers to execute and develop key objectives for the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute annual business plans for the region, focusing on sales and margin growth.
- Train and direct Customer Support Agents to promote Brandt's product support initiatives within the region.
- Manage CSA processes, including call reporting, CRM, and target setting.
- Assist CSAs with customer calls and key accounts.
- Establish and track key performance indicators for CSAs on a monthly basis.
- Analyze and implement effective coverage for the region.
- Engage with larger accounts in the region to promote Brandt's full product support offering.
- Provide insights on regional industry trends, including growth opportunities and promoting existing offerings.
- Conduct market research on competition, customers, and segment trends.
- Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities.
- Provide feedback to guide the performance of CSAs and branches.
- Identify new product opportunities and work with internal teams to supply.
