full-time in-office Executive Assistant to join our team at the
Kitchener Office.

  • What you will do:_
  • Invoicing including budgets;
  • Accounts receivable follow up;
  • Scheduling meetings, arranging conference calls, arranging catering for meeting lunches;
  • Managing digital and hard copy project files;
  • Organizing and managing Partner's calendars;
  • Other general administrative duties, as required.
  • What you offer:_
  • Minimum 3 years of professional and progressive experience in administrative related roles;
  • Postsecondary education (diploma or certificate) is an asset;
  • A personable, positive and professional attitude;
  • Strong detailoriented organizational skills;
  • Advanced digital file management skills and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat;
  • Time management skills and multitasking priorities in a supporting role to senior executives;
  • Understanding of basic bookkeeping;
  • Experience with ABAK time and billing is an asset;
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills;
  • Ability to demonstrate complete confidentiality with respect to client projects and company business;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Knowledge of land use planning in Ontario is an asset.
