Votre défi- Sous la responsabilité du Directeur des ventes, le Représentant ou la Représentante des ventes internes a pour mission de transmettra la proposition de valeur de Cascades aux clients et d'atteindre les objectifs de revenus et de marges en tenant en compte des aspects suivants : acquisition de nouveaux clients et stabilité grâce à la qualification des clients potentiels; suivi des clients potentiels entrants, sollicitations à froid et courriels sortants; gestion des comptes clients existants grâce à la compréhension des besoins des clients; connexion avec les clients à distance pour maintenir des relations solides et proposer des idées créatrices de valeur; et développement et exécution de plans de comptes pour assurer la croissance et la marge. Ce rôle consiste donc à créer des devis, négocier avec les clients, répondre aux questions techniques des clients, comprendre la dynamique concurrentielle du marché et la capacité de Cascades à se différencier, et à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes du Marketing, du service à la clientèle, du design et des Finances.

- Atteindre les revenus et les objectifs de vente- Déterminer les pistes en fonction de notre stratégie et de nos règles d'affaires- Entretenir d'excellentes relations avec les clients et veiller à ce qu'ils soient satisfaits de l'utilisation des outils numériques- Élaborer et gérer des plans de comptes pour les petits comptes régionaux conformément aux lignes directrices établies (objectifs de revenus)- Fournir une prévision détaillée et précise des ventes à l'équipe- Faciliter l'intégration et assurer une approche cohérente des clients parmi les SBU de Cascades- Établir et développer des relations clés à tous les niveaux de l'organisation du compte (achats, gestion des catégories, tarification, technique, comptabilité, contrôle de la qualité)- Utiliser et mettre à jour le CRM- Gérer principalement des clients classés dans les catégories C et D- Votre bagage et vos forces- Personne autonome capable de communiquer efficacement- Compréhension approfondie des produits et services offerts par Cascades dans votre région- Capacité à rechercher des comptes et à identifier les acteurs clés à l'aide d'outils numériques- Approche axée sur le client avec la capacité d'identifier les besoins, les problèmes et les intérêts des clients- Capacité à analyser les activités concurrentielles et le potentiel de nouveaux produits et services- Capacité d'adaptation rapide et grande flexibilité pour pouvoir s'occuper des comptes de différents marchés- Capacité à travailler avec les divers niveaux hiérarchiques, dont le niveau exécutif**Compétences comportementales reliées à ce poste**
