Job Requirements:

  • Greets and connects with customers providing excellent service.
  • Discovers customer needs and appropriately suggests products with every customer to enhance service and meet sales goals.
  • Responds to customer needs and thanks every customer.
  • Maintains customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.
  • Prepares a variety of customer beverage orders such as Coffees, Hot Drinks and blended beverages among others.
  • Baking and preparation of a variety of food items like Muffins, Pies, Danishes, Sandwiches among others
  • Follows store policies and procedures.
  • Performs daily tasks in accordance with the Opening/Closing/Shift handover and cleaning standards working as a team player.
  • Follow cash handling, register policies and accounting policies
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of two years experience in Food & Beverage.
  • Previous experience in a similar environment an asset
  • Energetic, motivated, team player.
Must have reliable transportation as there is no public transit in that area.
