Position Summary:

As an Office Manager your typical day will impact in the following ways:
Effectively organize and oversee all office duties including all filing.

Ensure optimal customer relations by responding effectively to customer requests.

Monitor, advise and collect on customer accounts.

Receive and enter payments on account.

Complete required month-end procedures.

Ensure that the office and general workplace meet the highest standards for cleanliness and organization.

Managing and monitoring all administration duties.

Maintaining petty cash system with accurate recording of cash distributed and receipts/signed vouchers for each transaction.

Entering and updating all documentation and miscellaneous monthly billing charges as applicable.

Receiving invoices and inputting them into the system.

Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of office procedures and basic bookkeeping.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
  • Solid understanding of cooperative principles.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to speak a second language is an asset.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
