We are constantly expanding our roster of Real Estate agents and are now looking to add to our Administrative Department.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of CRM Database
  • Handling of Buying and Listing Paperwork and all tasks associated
  • Preparing Crucial Information Packages
  • Maintain client relations

Reports to:
Supervisor (Operations Manager), CEO

Qualifications and Skills

  • Driver's license is an asset

2 year of work experience in a similar administrative role required

  • Minimum
    office administration/business administration diploma or similar program required.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail

  • Strong
    initiative and ability to work
    independently where required
  • Highly
    resourceful teamplayer:
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to
    problemsolving with strong decisionmaking capability
  • Proven ability to
    handle confidential information with discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a
    fastpaced environment:
  • Strong display of understanding of multiple programs including Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, On Regional, Skyslope, CRM's, Zoom
  • Excellent written and verbal communication

    hold self accountable to complete tasks in timely manner

Must be available to work within office hours, no weekends or night shifts available.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Salary:
From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
