front desk attendant/receptionist to join our growing team

Job Duties

  • Manage the front desk area with professionalism
  • Greet and assist clients upon their arrival
  • Maintain multiple schedules and ensure appointments are booked properly with the appropriate staff member and timing
  • Prepare basic beverages for clients
  • Keep the lobby area clean and tidy
  • Assist staff when needed
  • Opening and/or closing the till and building
  • Process payments and cash handling
  • General cleaning including laundry, sweeping, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Other tasks as assigned

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills who is willing to learn and grow with our business.


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Past experience is a similar role is an asset
  • Experience with SpaWare booking is an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Friendly and open personality
  • Adaptable
  • Works well under pressure
  • Good communication
  • Experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and Microsoft Word
  • Social Media experience an asset
Availability

  • Fulltime and Parttime hours available, fulltime is preferred
  • Day, afternoon, and Saturday shifts

Job Types:

Salary:
From $15.50 per hour
