We are a plumbing company located in Kitchener Ontario. We are looking for an secretary who can handle office duties.

Task Description
Schedule and confirm appointments

Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences

Maintain office procedures and routines

Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages

Answer electronic enquiries

Compile data, statistics and other information

Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Arrange and delegate service call dispatch

Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information

Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents

Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies

Write invoices and quotes to customers

Manage contracts

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Qualifications
At least 1 year experience as a secretary or any related job position

Demonstrate strong knowledge of computer systems such as Ms Excel, MS office, Google Docs, Ms PowerPoint, Ms word, Ms Outlook

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Salary:
From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No more than 47.5 per week
