Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the Property Manager and General Management team by providing comprehensive office administration.
  • Maintain coverage of the front desk and telephone operations to ensure seamless communication and excellent customer service.
  • Work with contractors to maintain the rental units as needed.
  • Use an online platform for scheduling, logging in maintenance requests, inspections, etc.
  • Assist with various additional responsibilities as required to contribute to the smooth functioning of the department.
  • Scheduling of meetings for the General Management.
  • Documentation with respect to the FIPPA act.
  • Maintain tenant confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Exemplary customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in developing and maintaining positive working relationships with tenants and team members.
  • Keen attention to detail and unwavering accuracy.
  • Thrives in a fastpaced, multitasking environment.
  • Strong aptitude for identifying and resolving problems.
  • Demonstrates sound analytical thinking, effective planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
  • Displays a professional demeanor and maintains a polished appearance.
  • Previous experience in property management and familiarity with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) are highly valued.
  • Tech savvy, able to work with online platforms.
  • Working with property management system Yardi and Rent Cafe.
  • Documentation using an online platform Laserfiche.
  • Microsoft platforms such as excel, word and powerpoint.

From $36,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
