Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide qualified leads and support sales initiatives.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through personalized communication and followup.
- Act as a liaison between the company and prospects, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to sales engagement.
Field Marketing & Engagement:
- Plan and execute field marketing activities such as trade shows, events, and customer meetings to generate leads and promote brand awareness.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking with potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor key performance metrics and prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Utilize Hubspot/Pipedrive to manage and update prospect information and track interactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outbound marketing, sales development, or field marketing.
- Experience in the technology sector, with an understanding of technical products catering to developers.
- Proven track record in lead generation and nurturing through outbound efforts (including cold outreach).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
- Proficiency with CRM software and marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Pipedrive would be an asset).
- Ability to travel outside of Canada as needed for field marketing activities and events.
