The incumbent must have a minimum of two years of related work experience, and demonstrate the following:
Exceptional administrative, interpersonal, communication and organization skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure with mínimal supervision are essential

Other qualifications include:
demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, exercise good judgement, work with significant interruptions, and resolve conflicts.


Preference will go to applicants with a background in Human Service fields such as Social Service, Community Development, Addictions and Mental Heath, Behavioural Science, Community Justice as well as job development experience.
