This individual will be instrumental in the design, development, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of various learning initiatives across the organization.
The role requires a proactive approach to enhance the learning experience, ensuring that all programs are aligned with MLF's strategic objectives and contribute to the development of its leaders while also building strong partnerships across the business.
Any MLF team member interested in being considered for this role are encouraged to apply online by May 24. Manage the life cycle of learning programs, including coordinating participants, logistics, supporting facilitators, and facilitating content where necessary.Evaluate, track, and report on all training regarding attendance, engagement, completion, and success rates.
Develop and execute engaging training communications for campaigns, calendars, and individual stakeholders to increase awareness and demand for our programming.
Strategic Analysis and Planning:
Develop solutions that consider learner persona, objectives, business constraints, and available resources while applying adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
Collaboration and Relationship Building:
Collaborate with other learning, HR team members, and learning partners to deliver organizational objectives.
Identify issues and/or recommend program improvements to ensure programs are delivered efficiently, and participants experience a high-quality learning program that delivers business outcomes.
Lead complex projects through the entire project life cycle, including course/program development and implementation.Content Design and Development:
Design and develop effective and engaging content and materials, employing recognized adult learning principles.
Work with functional subject-matter-experts to ensure the content is reflective of current business practices and addresses existing skill gaps.
Collaborate with outside vendors to ensure the successful delivery of content and/or key programs.Strong interpersonal and communication skills including writing, listening, speaking, and facilitating
~ Strong attention to detail, prioritization and organizational skills to support multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
~ College or University degree in training, adult learning, or organizational behavior or equivalent certification in adult learning principles (CSTD) is preferred
