Human Resources Virtual Internship

Job Description:

  • Find and recruit candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and headhunting strategies.
  • Advertise job positions on various recruitment websites and university portals.
  • Review resumes and applications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules for the senior HR team.
  • Handle communication through emails and LinkedIn with prospective candidates and maintain follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying or holding a University degree in HR, Journalism, Business, Arts, or a field that emphasizes strong English language skills, or possessing strong proficiency in English.
  • Keen to learn, dedicated to working diligently, maintaining high productivity, and showing strong commitment to the role.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in HR and eager to gain internship experience in the field.
