Soucy Rubber is currently looking for a financial and inventory clerk to complete its team.

Here's an overview of your tasks:

  • Act as a resource person for the inventories
  • Actively participate in the organization of the annual inventory count
  • Carry out cyclical inventory counts, inventory audits and make adjustments in the manufacturing system
  • Follow up on the consumption of raw materials on current production orders
  • Actively participate in the implementation of reports and performance indicators related to the integrity of the
- integrity of data affecting inventory and control measures

  • Take corrective actions to improve data integrity
  • Reconcile plant inventories with systems and adjusting entries
  • Reconcile inventories on consignment with internal and external partners
  • Participate in the monthend process of the costing and accounting department
  • Perform any other duties as requested by the immediate supervisor

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • DEP in accounting or any other relevant experience
  • 0 to 5 years of experience in similar functions
  • Proficiency in MS Office software in a Windows environment, particularly Excel
  • Experience with an ERP system (asset)
  • Understanding of the specificities of the manufacturing environment (asset)
  • Rigor
  • Analytical skills and ability to optimize work
