Operations Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Clerk to join our team at CB Canada. As an Operations Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling and processing shipments, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Handle and process shipments, including receiving, storing, and shipping packages
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with inventory management and tracking
- Support warehouse operations, including loading and unloading shipments
- Prepare and send reports and other documents as needed
Requirements:
- 1-6 months of experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience in logistics or transportation is an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Bilingualism (intermediate or advanced) is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
