Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex calendars and schedules
  • Booking flights and other travel, and dealing with related expense reports for the team
  • Administering the internal site for CPD, users
  • Administering National Discount programs
  • Conflict Checks
  • Support of national specialty groups to encourage collaboration nationally, setting up meetings, admin assistance, collecting updates for National
  • Support of Professional Practice and Tax for administration of Internal sites.
  • Liaise with global office and other firms globally for information sharing where relevant
  • Exceptional proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel, aptitude for technology.
  • Knowledge of Outlook.
  • The ability to create mail merges.
  • Previous experience supporting executivelevel individuals.
  • Previous public practice accounting experience an asset.
  • Strong internal and external client service skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and handle tight timelines.
