As an Estate Professional reporting into the Director of Estate Professional Services, you will:

- Act as a point of contact with external professionals (notary, lawyers, tax accountants, etc).
- Manage professional estate trustee files.
- Support all aspects of estate administration, including asset discovery and documents required for probate.
- Communicate with government agencies and financial institutions.
- Perform legal research.
- Collaborate with your team and assist with research, client requests and other related tasks when needed.
- Support our Product team to build our estate settlement and estate planning product.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the Product team to improve the quality of the ClearEstate platform.
- Test functionalities and provide feedback to the product and development teams.
- Create and use templates for communicating with various stakeholders.
- Support all aspects of estate planning, when required.
- Organized;

- A good communicator with interpersonal skills;
- Independent and able to work with mínimal supervision;
- Passionate about technology;
- Knowledgeable in the wills & estates area;
- STEP certification in Estates and Trust administration is an asset;
- Customer-centric;

- Positive attitude;
- Empathetic;
- Bilingual in English and French preferred.
