Purpose of the position:


The Product Owner is responsible for the support and development of the Air Creators Ecosystem web platform, both on the client side and on the user-manager side of the system.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing the use of the user platform (My Air) and the management platform (Air Manager), identifying needs and patterns of user behavior, collecting and analyzing feedback
  • Formation of the development strategy for My Air and Air Manager platforms, alignment with the sales and marketing strategy; ensuring support and development of the platform in accordance with the strategy
  • Analyze the competitive environment and formalize the product vision in accordance with the market situation
  • Product Discovery and Prototyping: translating business requirements for new functionality into technical requirements for the IT and Design teams
  • Integration of new/external products and services into the platform; coordination of crossproduct intersections on the platform
  • Testing and quality assurance: ensuring that the new functionality meets the defined requirements and quality standards
  • Analyzing user data, generating reports and dashboards
  • Building and maintaining infrastructure (product description, formalization of business processes, training materials/expertise, etc.)

Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience as a Product Owner in IT
  • Product management experience: ability to define product development strategy, set priorities, plan releases and coordinate team work.
  • Experience in managing product teams, organizing the work of various departments (IT, Design, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.)
  • Analytical and structural approach to the organization of processes, presentation of materials
  • Knowledge of technology and market: understanding of technical aspects of the product, as well as the ability to study and analyze the market, competitors, and user needs
  • Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including developers, managers, customers, and other departments of the company
  • Resultsoriented: ability to achieve product goals, manage risks, and respond quickly to changes in the environment
  • Analytical skills: the ability to collect and analyze data, make informed decisions based on this data
  • Leadership skills: ability to influence, motivate and inspire the team to achieve common goals
  • English level: B2+ or better

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A solid understanding of how YouTube works, the digital industry, and trends.
  • Experience with Saas/Media products.
  • Experience with USA and Latin America markets.
