Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
- Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and making recommendations for further interviews with hiring managers.
- Providing regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and the progress of the recruiting process
- Conducting reference checks and verifying credentials
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Ability to use various recruiting tools and databases to find and attract talent.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, as well as industry standards for recruitment and selection.
