At Super, we're seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our company.

### Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
* Lead the campus recruitment program, managing the intern experience from interview to offboarding
* Create and manage job postings on our applicant tracking system

### Requirements

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting for roles such as Engineering, Product, and Data & Analytics
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in campus/intern hiring
* Proven experience in candidate sourcing for technical roles
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Lever and Greenhouse
* Solid grasp of recruitment methodologies, including compensation benchmarking and employer branding
* Results-driven and data-oriented approach to recruitment practices
* Experience applying DE&I principles in recruitment efforts
