  • Set up and troubleshoot network connections, including firewalls and VPNs.
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution to ITrelated problems.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document and maintain IT support procedures and knowledge base.
  • Assist with the management of IT assets and inventory.
  • Monitor and maintain system security, including antivirus software updates.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement IT projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in desktop support or IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems (Windows).
  • Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to nontechnical users.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
