Qualifications:

- Proven experience in desktop support or IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems (Windows).
- Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and remote support tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
