We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced **_Food & Beverage Superviso_**r to join our team. As a **_Food & Beverage Supervisor,_** you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and direct the front-of-house restaurant team members
- Ensure that all team members adhere to the established workflows, procedures and processes
- Complete checkpoints on each shift and provide corrective measures when needed
- Have a thorough knowledge of the Point of Sale system and perform related tasks such as cash outs, refunds, end of day procedures, and troubleshooting
- Remain current with the content of departmental resource centers and communicate them clearly to team members
- Provide coaching to staff in maximizing revenue per guest
- Communicate company initiatives to team members
- Provide feedback on staffing needs and manage the day-to-day staffing requirements
- Ensure that all customer-facing areas are well-maintained and up to spec, reporting any deficiencies to the General Manager
- Maintain continuous guest interactions and provide feedback on guest experiences
- Manage guest complaints and concerns and ensure total guest satisfaction at all times
- Manage and conduct themselves in line with the company vision, mission, and values. Responsible for creating an ideal environment amongst all team members that promotes our company culture

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience within a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Highly organized, responsible and reliable
- Ability to delegate, follow-up and drive accountability
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and build relationships
- Confident in training
- Excellent understanding of customer service and the drive for satisfaction
- Demonstrates a passion for the food and beverage industry and knowledge of current trends
- High proficiency in the English and French language with excellent communication skills, written and spoken

- Veiller à ce que tous les membres de l'équipe respectent les flux de travail, les procédures et les processus établis.
- Effectuer des points de contrôle à chaque quart de travail et fournir des mesures correctives au besoin.
- Avoir une connaissance approfondie du système de point de vente et effectuer les tâches connexes telles que les encaissements, les remboursements, les procédures de fin de journée et le dépannage.
- Se tenir au courant du contenu des centres de ressources du département et les communiquer clairement aux membres de l'équipe.
- encadrer le personnel pour maximiser les recettes par client
- Communiquer les initiatives de l'entreprise aux membres de l'équipe
- Fournir un retour d'information sur les besoins en personnel et gérer les besoins quotidiens en personnel.
- Veiller à ce que toutes les zones en contact avec la clientèle soient bien entretenues et conformes aux normes, en signalant toute anomalie au directeur général.
- Maintenir des interactions continues avec les clients et fournir un retour d'information sur leurs expériences.
- Gérer les plaintes et les préoccupations des clients et veiller à ce qu'ils soient toujours satisfaits.
- Gérer et se comporter conformément à la vision, à la mission et aux valeurs de l'entreprise. Il est responsable de la création d'un environnement idéal pour tous les membres de l'équipe qui promeut la culture de l'entreprise.

**Qualifications et expérience**:

- Au moins un an d'expérience en tant que superviseur dans un restaurant à service complet et à forte fréquentation.
- Très organisé, responsable et fiable
- Capacité à déléguer, à assurer le suivi et à responsabiliser
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à établir des relations.
- Confiance en la formation
- Excellente compréhension du service à la clientèle et de la recherche de la satisfaction.
- Passion pour l'industrie de l'alimentation et des boissons et connaissance des tendances actuelles
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français et excellentes aptitudes à la communication, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
