Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- File and organize documents, records, and reports
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
- Enter inventory into the system accurately
- Review evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation relocation equipment supplies forms disposal of assets parking maintenance and security services
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports manuals and correspondence
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Overlooking staff of 35 people
- Reporting to Office Manager and responsible for follow up and managing under managers purview.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
The office administrator will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the operations of a medical office.
Job Types:

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
