Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • File and organize documents, records, and reports
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
  • Enter inventory into the system accurately
  • Review evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation relocation equipment supplies forms disposal of assets parking maintenance and security services
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Overlooking staff of 35 people
  • Reporting to Office Manager and responsible for follow up and managing under managers purview.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a medical office or similar administrative role is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus


The office administrator will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the operations of a medical office.
