Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Immigration and LMIA forms filling and management

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistants or relevant role
  • Knowledge of computerized systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus
  • Experience in a in an Immigration related business setting is advantageous

$17.30-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
