You will provide administrative services to our clients and support to our staff.

Responsibilities

  • Helping to implement new processes
  • Coordinating & communicating with clients
  • Assisting in file management
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Provide reception services.
  • Other related office admin and accounting duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a professional and high paced environment.
  • Highly organized, work independent with strong computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Accounting knowledge would be an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
