We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at White Moon Immigration Ltd.
Job Summary:The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Switchboard Operations: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and operate the switchboard system.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as ordering office supplies.
- Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, and provide directory assistance.
- Accessibility Support: Provide physical, visual, and auditory accessibility accommodations to clients and visitors.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in programs that support newcomers and refugees, assist with settlement needs, and facilitate access to community resources.
- Support for Youth, Veterans, Indigenous People, and Mature Workers: Participate in programs that support these groups, offer mentorship and coaching, and provide awareness training to create a welcoming work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
