Brandt is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at our Surrey Construction & Forestry location.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients, candidates, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, and refer them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing systems and databases.
  • Coordinate logistics for departmental programs, meetings, and events.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, and maintain a positive and professional image of the organization.
  • Provide administrative support, including typing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Assist with procurement, travel arrangements, and budget management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years of direct work experience in a receptionist capacity preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
