Als Teammitglied in unserem vielfältigen HR-Bereich trägst du mit deinen Kompetenzen und deiner Leidenschaft maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere Prozesse am Laufen zu halten und unsere Teams und Kunden bestmöglich zu unterstützen.
Gemeinsam großes bewegen – als HR Business Excellence Assistant (24 Monate befristet / Vollzeit)
Mit Verlässlichkeit, Proaktivität und einer großen Portion Kommunikationstalent unterstützt du die gesamte deutsche HR-Organisation bei administrativen Tätigkeiten und verantwortest wichtige HR-Prozesse im Tagesgeschäft.
Du hältst das HR-Tagesgeschäft am Laufen
Du bereitest die wöchentlichen Anhörungen des lokalen Betriebsrates vor, klärst Rückfragen und übernimmst anschließend den Versand der entsprechenden Verträge/Dokumente
Du bist der Ansprechpartner für allgemeine Fragen an die Personalabteilung in dem du das HR-E-Mail-Postfachs im Blick hast, die unternehmensweite HR-Kommunikation übernimmst und als erster Ansprechpartner für Fragen vor Ort fungierst
Du unterstützt unsere HR-Business- Teams und das HR-Management bei administrativen Backoffice-Aufgaben wie der Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen aber auch bei der Aktualisierung von Standardvorlagen/-dokumentationen
Du organisierst das Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter in der Personalabteilung, von der Bereitstellung aller Tools und Zugänge vor dem Start bis zum Onboarding-Konzept. Darüber hinaus bist du in der Planung allgemeiner HR-Onboarding-Aktivitäten bei AbbVie involviert
Du bist als Assistenz vor Ort die gute Seele des Teams
Du organisierst und koordinierst administrative Aktivitäten für die deutsche HR-Direktorin und das deutsche HR Management Team. Dabei kümmerst du dich um die Kalenderverwaltung bis hin zu Geschäftsreisen
Du planst HR-interne Veranstaltungen und Workshops. Dies geht von der eigenverantwortlichen Planung der Termine, Örtlichkeiten und Logistik bis zur Festlegung einer Agenda zusammen mit dem HR Kollegen
Als lokaler Ansprechpartner für alle administrativen Aktivitäten kümmerst du dich um die Eingangspost, managst ausgehenden Schriftverkehr und die allgemeine Organisation des Büroalltags. Dazu gehört die Bestellung von Büromaterialien, aber auch die Lösung von Problemen vor Ort mit unserem Facility Management
Du bist das Sprachrohr von HR im Netzwerk der Assistenz bei AbbVie und standortübergreifend im Austausch. Du leitest relevante Informationen und Routinekommunikation an die Teams weiter, stellst sicher, dass die richtigen Kanäle genutzt werden und koordinierst Team- und Abstimmungsgespräche
Du hast mindestens eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder alternativ auch einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Wirtschaft/Personalwesen
Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im Bereich der Assistenz gesammelt oder
du bringst 1+ Jahr HR-Erfahrung, alternativ Praktika oder andere relevante Erfahrung im HR-Umfeld mit
Du kommunizierst schriftlich und mündlich effizient und zielorientiert und hast dabei Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse von Stakeholdern unterschiedlicher Ebenen
Du hast eine gewisse Leidenschaft für strukturiertes Arbeiten und Prozesse zu verbessern macht dir Spaß
Du bringst viel Empathie mit und nutzt dies u.a. dafür vertrauliche Information entsprechend zu behandeln
Die Koordination und Priorisierung von mehreren Aktivitäten parallel stellt dich nicht vor Herausforderung ebenso wie die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Terminen, Workshops und anderen Aktivitäten
Du hast eine positive, lösungsorientierte Denkweise und handelst proaktiv um potenzielle Probleme im Voraus zu lösen
Du beherrschst, Excel-, PowerPoint-, Word- und virtuelle Meeting-Technologien
Du bringst fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift mit für die Kommunikation mit deutschen und internationalen Kollegen
Gelegentliche Fahrten zwischen Wiesbaden und Ludwigshafen zur Unterstützung der Teams an beiden Standorten sind obligatorisch. Du solltest also eine grundlegende Reisebereitschaft mitbringen
