What you'll be doing:
Account Management:
- Develop and nurture strong, longlasting relationships with existing customers.
- Plan and execute regular visits to customers to assist in the sales cycle.
- Understand customers' needs, objectives, and challenges related to the product.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare accurate price quotes to customers based on requirements and Avnan's pricing policies.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Developing sales, budgets, forecast and activity plans for the fiscal year.
- Managing opportunities and updating related activities in CRM software
Business Development:
- Develop account plans and strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electronic manufacturing sector.
- Create and uncover growth opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Our ideal applicant has:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the electronic manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of electronic product design and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and crossfunctionally.
- Resultsdriven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with developing sales, budgets, forecast and activity plans.
