Reporting to the Director Digital, the Manager, IT will oversee the company's information technology operations, ensuring the optimal performance of systems, networks, infrastructure, and service delivery. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, and aligning IT initiatives with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Who you are

Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related role Proficiency in project management and ITIL service management tools Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and 365 services and Cisco/Meraki networking Knowledge in both Microsoft and Linux server oversight preferred Knowledge of infrastructure and networking design principles Experience in managing line of business applications, such as ERP systems, CRM systems, or custom applications Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
