Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at EGGSOASIS RESTAURANT-BREAKFAST AND LUNCH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in their job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
