Job Summary

Lumen IT Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Vice President, Asset Management to lead our asset management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, analyzing data, and providing strategic advice on information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
    • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Team Management
    • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
  • Business Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement business plans
    • Analyze data and prepare reports
  • Information Systems Strategy
    • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery
  • Financial Management
    • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Knowledge Management
    • Manage knowledge
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5 years or more of experience in asset management or a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
    • Experience with MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Amazon Web Services (AWS), MAC, Networks, MS SQL Server, Cloud, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
