Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

WING N IT is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
