Product Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to join our team at CANCOR IT SOLUTIONS. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate the performance of sales team members and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills and productivity.
- Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures: Develop and manage budgets for sales teams, ensuring that expenses are aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing Department: Work closely with our marketing team to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, ensuring that our sales teams are equipped to effectively promote our products and services.
- Determine Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans related to new product lines, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Lead Sales Team: Provide guidance and support to sales team members, helping them to build strong relationships with business clients and negotiate sales contracts.
- Plan, Direct, and Evaluate Sales Activities: Oversee the planning, direction, and evaluation of sales activities across various channels, including commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments.
- Recruit, Organize, Train, and Manage Staff: Recruit, train, and manage sales team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
