We are looking for a someone to join the KES team in either a part time or full time capacity working with our incredible Invermere team.

We are looking for someone who wants has incredible customer services who likes finding innovative solutions to our clients hurdles.


You will need to be:

  • A fast learner picking up new, complicated or intricate information and material with ease
  • Tech savvy able to work out yourself how to do something (like use a complicated web portal) so you can help support and coach clients
  • Empathetic a mindful and caring ear, enabling you to sort through the forest to find the trees
  • Logical sometimes a practical solution with sound reasoning will be needed to find a solution
  • Calm under pressure
  • A team player
Some of the duties involved with this role include:

  • Assist clients with the online enrollment for services.
  • Direct clients to appropriate services and resources, and identify clients who may need crisiscare services
  • Answer phones and schedule client appointments
  • Enter data into our online database system
  • Support clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions or pathways to solutions
