Key Responsibilities- Establish Operational Procedures: Develop and implement effective procedures for housekeeping operations, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
- Coordinate Inspection of Assigned Areas: Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Coordinate Contract Services: Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Coordinate Maintenance and Repair Services: Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel equipment, fixtures, and furniture to prevent downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate In-House Laundry Services: Supervise the operation of our in-house laundry facilities to ensure efficient and effective processing of linens and uniforms.
- Respond to Guest Complaints: Address and resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
