Role Overview:
Your primary responsibility will be to analytically supervise our coffee production operations and spearhead Manufacturing CAPEX initiatives.

Your Profile:
You are a critical thinker with a strong attention to detail and a passion for innovation. Your curiosity drives you to transform ambitious ideas into reality. You will lead and manage Manufacturing CAPEX projects while also providing support to Production Departments in troubleshooting existing equipment and processes. Your enthusiasm for continuous improvement and automation is commendable.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Plant Engineering Manager, you will collaborate closely with the three Production Departments (Maintenance, Roasting, and Packaging). Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading Manufacturing CAPEX projects in alignment with KHC Engineering Project Management guidelines.
- Coordinating internal teams and external partners involved in specific Manufacturing CAPEX projects.
- Overseeing project activities, budgets, and timelines for Manufacturing CAPEX initiatives.
- Assisting Production Departments in analyzing emerging issues and systematically designing effective solutions.
- Contributing to the growth and advancement of the Engineering Department through internal Continuous Improvement and Standardization initiatives.
- Participating in the formulation of KHC Operations CAPEX plans and projects for future years.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in Engineering (B. Eng.) – preferred fields include Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Aerospace, Chemical, or Industrial.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Engineering roles.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, along with proficiency in PC applications (MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Project Management experience and/or training and/or certification is advantageous.
- Familiarity with MS Project is a plus.
- Experience with 2D CAD (AutoCAD) is beneficial.
- Previous experience in the Food & Beverage sector is an asset.
