WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Facilitate some outbound phone calls or remote desktop sessions to help customers resolve technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and determine if a customer's esiLaw 360 is functioning as intended or if there is an issue that needs to be resolved.
- Help customers take advantage of all their provided resources, including the esiLaw knowledge base, free seminars, and consultant lists.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer interactions and issue resolution via internal ticketing system.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?
- 2+ years of experience in a customer support or technical support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with accounting or bookkeeping principles is a plus.
- Prior experience with esiLaw 360 or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
