Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Enterprise Customer Support Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our enterprise customers, ensuring their social media management needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to enterprise customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate and informative support
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer support experience in a software or technology company
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong product knowledge and technical skills
  • Fluency in English and Japanese (written and spoken)
