Various secretarial duties including but not limited to: answering phones, filing, front line point of contact with employees/customers and vendors

  • Attention to accuracy when entering payable and receivable into accounting software, auditing of invoices from vendors to purchase orders
  • Follow up with customers on payments and report back to management findings
  • Ensure documents are kept updated and respond to requests for material
  • Attend meetings and take minutes if required
  • Attend monthly meetings for Accounts Receivable and prepare documents that relate to customer payments
  • Ordering supplies from vendors based on the inventory sheets that are provided
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word Perfect and Outlook
  • Able to work in a face paced office and adapt quickly to change
  • Must provide strong and clear communication
  • High degree of selfdiscipline, selfmotivated and very organized

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour
