Our integrated solutions and project delivery strategies improve project timelines and processes, generating increased capabilities for projects including outfitting highways, transit systems, airports, and municipal contracts.
We are currently looking for an
Office Administrator (H&S) to assist in the organization and administration of the Health and Safety program located at our primary office location.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the timely and accurate capture, organization, and maintenance of required H&S documentation workflows
- Responsible for data entry and maintenance of various H&S data base systems; training matrices, incident/injury, learning apps,
- Compile statistical information and create reports
- Coordinate and communicate training schedule as appropriate
- Support COR audit activities as assigned
- Ensure timely registration of training certificates and create training cards
- Ad hoc support to the Health & Safety team with other admin duties/tasks as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in office administrative role
- Must be very organized selfstarter with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated competence in arithmetic and both verbal and writing skills
- Enjoys working in a fastpaced environment and meeting tight deadlines
- Competence with office administration is required
- University/College education preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with health & safety software such as SiteDocs is an asset
- Familiarity with COR is an asset
