We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Media Operations Specialist at Talon OOH Canada. As a Media Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team in effectively and efficiently executing advertising campaigns for our clients. A DAY IN THE LIFE_

As a Media Operations Specialist, you will work within the Operations Team to field requests from the Planning and Finance Teams. Day to day activities will include accurately and efficiently inputting and maintaining media campaign data in internal systems, managing cost details to identify and resolve discrepancies, and providing upload files to partners and partner systems.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR_
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Media Studies, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Adapts quickly with a constant focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Responsive, timely, and accountable when servicing internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments
  • Proficient in data analysis and working with Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Emerging understanding of tools and departmental processes, including Outlook & Teams
  • Basic understanding of media planning, advertising principles, & digital marketing a plus
OUR TEAM_

The Operations Team exists to support the planning team, who aim to maximise the use of out-of-home as a part of a brand's advertising media mix. More specifically, the Operations Team is responsible for ensuring campaigns are accurately and efficiently input for billing, reconciling where discrepancies are found. Is it essential that the Operations Team can foster good relationships and be at the forefront of addressing any issues that arise and ensuring that all campaign support functions are in place and correct.
