We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our Notified Sales team
The role is initially 5 days per week at 155 University Ave. but can be hybrid remote (WFH Monday and Friday) for those achieving goals 2 consecutive months.
The Business Development Associate is the entry point to a rewarding career at Notified.

Working directly with Sales Executives – New Logo Hunters and Account Managers – you will be focusing on developing sales opportunities and booking qualified sales meetings.

Your commercial mindset and natural tenacity will be key in researching the right contacts, preparing your opening pitch, and closing the prospect for a first meeting that holds, while maintaining a casual, fun feel
Our training program is designed to be an ongoing process with a helpful management team that is invested in the success of each of our representatives Developing sales opportunities through extensive cold-calling activities and other outreach tactics to turn prospective customers into qualified sales opportunities
Carefully and accurately documenting leads, and appointments through our CRM, ensuring Salesforce.
Bachelor's/Master's Degree with major coursework in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Great communications skills - you must love talking to people, as this job requires you to be on the phone constantly

Qualified candidates will be contacted by a member of our in-house recruitment team to kick-start the recruitment process (preliminary assessments and/or telephone interview).

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, marketing, or a related field
1+ years of lead generation, sales, or marketing experience required OR applicable experience with lead generation, cold calling, networking, or other external outreach efforts

Basic knowledge of sales theories and techniques and ability to deal tactfully and courteously with clients
