We are focused, yet employee/team centric supporting and encouraging internal infrastructure designed to empower our staff to succeed.As a Business Development Representative at Netintegrity, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy.
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our software solutions can meet those needs.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, team player who enjoys working with technology, and is looking for a hunting new business role.
The position is for someone with communication skills, comfortable calling on C-Level decision makers and looking for a career within a leading consultative technology software platform across North America.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that drive lead generation and conversion.
Sales Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the software or property management industry.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable using CRM systems and various sales and marketing tools.
