We are seeking a Manager, Brand Finance Business Partner to offer continual business assistance and financial guidance to the Commercial partners in the Oral Health Care, Shopper Marketing, and Expert Sales divisions. Leveraging your financial skills and analytical capabilities, you will conduct in-depth analyses to drive sales, gross margin, and profitability for the brand portfolio you oversee, optimizing returns from brand innovation and investments.

  • Provide analytical support and financial leadership for pricing & promotional analysis, A&P investments, commercial calendar activities, and investment/divestment proposals
  • Contribute to key Commercial meetings, such as Monthly Performance Reviews, Demand Review Meetings, and Portfolio Reviews
  • Identify business risks and opportunities, drive growth targets, and lead ad hoc projects
  • Optimize financial processes, support Innovation reporting, and enhance compliance practices
  • Collaborate effectively with various levels within the Consumer organization and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5 years of Finance experience with advanced analysis skills
  • Firm grasp of finance fundamentals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel financial modeling and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP systems like SAP and BI tools like Power BI
  • MBA or additional finance certification a plus
