Please visit to learn more about our commitment to accessibility.Job Purpose:As a Manger, Brand Finance Business Partner, you will provide ongoing business support and financial leadership to your Commercial partners in the Oral Health Care, Shopper Marketing and Expert Sales teams. Your financial acumen and analytical skills will enable you to perform relevant and insightful analysis, allowing the brand portfolio you support to maximize Sales, Gross Margin and Profit. Your contributions will deliver higher returns and efficiencies from Brand innovation and investments. You will be a key member of the Canadian Finance team, where your knowledge and experience will be utilized to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting is enabled through a strong internal control environment.Why Join Haleon?Competitive compensation and annual bonus package.Comprehensive and flexible benefits program from day 1.Defined contribution pension plan with employer matching.Optional Haleon Savings Plan with employer matching.We offer all new parents at Haleon 26 weeks of fully paid leave, regardless of gender or sexuality; Inclusive, diverse, and collaborative culture.Commitment to development and career progression.Hybrid model in a modern office located in Mississauga.Fitness centre, annual fitness subsidy, and bistro onsite.Key Responsibilities:Providing analytical support and financial leadership for strategic and tactical activities such as, pricing & promotional analysis, A&P investments, commercial calendar activities, investment and divestment proposals and business evaluationPartnering on Innovation business cases to drive strategic growth and profitabilityProvide financial support for all key Commercial meetings including Monthly Performance Reviews (MPR), Demand Review Meetings (DRM), Portfolio Reviews (PMR), and cross functional Brand teamsProactively drive the identification of business risks and opportunitiesEnsure delivery of annual financial results (e.g. Sales, Profit, Cashflow) as well as mid term growth targets for assigned Categories / Brands as well as for the enterprise as a wholePartner to develop robust and sustainable annual operating plans and strategic plansAd hoc projects as requiredAccounting, Forecasting & ControlsContribute to the month-end close process, adding insights from your portfolio of responsibilityContribute to the monthly forecasting cycles, adding insights from your portfolio of responsibilityCanadian Finance lead for Innovation reportingOptimize financial processes across Commercial and Finance HUBS to drive efficiencies while maintaining a strong compliance cultureCOMPLEXITY:Communicate effectively across several levels in the Consumer organization including Canadian leadership team, US Finance team, Site finance, Controllers, Corporate, etc.This position must be able to operate effectively in a matrix organization.Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience3 - 5 years experience in Finance performing advanced analysis, management reportingDirect experience in a business partnering roleSolid understanding of finance fundamentalsSuperior Microsoft Excel financial modeling and strong PowerPoint skills; strong knowledge of ERP and business intelligence products such as SAP and Microsoft Power BIExceptional problem solving and analytical skills demonstrating the ability to understand key business drivers and offer workable solutionsAbility to quickly learn the business and effectively build relationships with individuals at all levels within an organizationStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated with a positive attitude, confident under pressure and committed to continuous learningPreferred Qualifications:MBA or additional finance designation an asset.Care to join us.
