Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Planner, the Maintenance Planner is responsible for supporting managers of various areas of operations with the administration and planning of maintenance tasks. The Maintenance Planner will provide support to department leaders to help ensure deadlines are met, safety protocols are in place, and operational efficiencies achieved. They will also assist in the development and execution of the Enterprise Asset Management system across the resort.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
  • Support the planning of corrective and preventive maintenance work as well as the scheduling of various jobs using the Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) for assigned departments
  • Working closely with the Senior Maintenance Planner, support the EAM implementation across the resort
  • Manage system workflows and follow up on work order requests to provide updates on work status including completion timelines
  • Provide regular feedback to sector managers in the event of non-compliance;
  • Manage all maintenance-related documentation, such as archiving and scanning relevant documents, creating or modifying checklists, etc.;
  • Source, order, and follow up with all parts, equipment, or materials required to perform maintenance on behalf of the maintenance team
  • Manage the creation, updating, and retiring of all new and existing equipment

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
  • High Level Proficiency with various computer programs such as Excel, Word
  • General knowledge of facility maintenance practices
  • Experience with computerized work order (CMMS) or enterprise asset management systems (EAMS) preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft D365 an asset
  • Friendly, helpful attitude
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent grammar, proofreading and composition skills
