Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise office operations, including vendor management, office communication, and front desk duties.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, clerical work, and data entry.
  • Assist in human resources functions, including maintaining employee records and coordinating employee benefits.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, manage calendars, and schedule travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Ensure the office is organized and tidy.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.

Note:

Salary:
$17.85-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
